My Opinion About ShemaleAcademy:
Update: I visited this site again today (10/11/2004) to make sure the owner updates as promised. So as of today, there are alredy almost 15 000 images and the video count raised from 34 to 49 scenes. Good enough for me to boost their ranking by 2 points. End of Update.
So how about some hot chicks, with nice silicone tits and a big ...ehm ... dick? :-) Hell yeah, I am about to review a Shemale or Tranny site right now, so if this is not your cup of tee, look elsewhere :-) ShemaleAcademy.Com is an awesome designed site, there is no need to argue about that. But, while reviewing adult paysites I learned one thing, the best designed sites are usually the worst. Quite a paradox, don't you think? :-) Well, we shall not make any conclusions prior to seeing the inside, shall we? So, I should better login and explore the members area of the site.
Members area of Shemale Academy keeps the same design as the tour, so it looks very good again. Content of this site is divided into 4 main categories : pictures, movies, stories and live shows. The picture area contains close to 180 shemale galleries, covering all themes from solo posing to hardcore tranny fucking. The total number of pics here is slightly over 10 000. Their resolution is 800*600 or less, and you can choose from 3 different viewing formats, including a hands free slide show :-) The pictures are in good quality, however their size is nothing special these days.
Video section contains 34 full video scenes, that you can download straight to your hard drive. The videos are usually cut into a few smaller files, but these are still quite big, so prepare for relatively long download times. To compensate the waiting time, the videos you will download are in very good quality, easily watch-able in full screen mode. I was not able to find out the bitrate of the vids, but almost all the scenes are over 100MB big, so you can make your own opinion. Just like in case of the pics, videos also cover all possible tranny themes - posing, stripping ... fucking :-)
Once you are done with their own pics and videos, you can check out the live shows. There are 2 different live shows available, the first is provided by a third party and require a free registration. Moreover, you would have to pay extra to really see some interesting stuff. The second live shows option has 2 rooms, however none of them worked when I was looking (they only work on saturday and sunday), so I cannot really comment on that one. However, the owner of the site assures me that these second liveshows are really excellent, including interraction with the models... so I will check it out and let you know.
The stories section of Shemale Academy contains currently 15 shemale stories, with new ones being added occasionally. In case you like to play games, there are 2 adult games available to members. And at the end, there are 2 leased video feeds with shemale themes that you can check out - just in streaming format and limited quality.
Final Verdict:
Shemale Academy is a nice, but still a bit "young" shemale site. It was started just a few months ago, and as such it is a bit small in terms of content. 10 000 pics and 34 videos would be enough for an exclusive site, but as this is all just bought content, I don't think it fits the price for now. However, the site is updated quite often (about twice a week), so the numbers should grow quite fast. The final decision is up to you to make - the site is actually very good, I just think it's a bit small right now, but that should fade away with time.
