My Opinion About BabesTV:
UPDATE : I have checked this site again on 04/29/2004 and I have to tell you these guys updated a lot since my last visit. There are already 60 models, 125 exclusive full video scenes and 24 000 exclusive pics. I raised the score by 1 point because of this. The old review follows, so please note the difference in numbers.
ORIGINAL REVIEW : I have seen some other sites produced by the same guys and as such, I was almost sure that this is going to be a high quality site. Well, it indeed is a quality site, but read the whole review to get a better idea on what this site is about.
Like promised in the tour, the models are very hot, true babes I might say :-) There are some very known girls amongst them, to mention a few they have : Tawny Roberts, Mika Tan, Kelle Marie, Adriana Sage, Chrissy Moran, Nicole Sheridan, Luna Lane ... and many more. As of 7th October 2003, there have been 27 different models on the site, one more beautiful than another :-) Yes, I really mean it, these babes are hot as hell, just take a look for yourself and you will see I am not shitting you :-)
The site navigation is very easy, you pick the model you like and choose whether you want to see her pics or videos. Multiple picture sets and/or videos are available for each of the girls. 9156 pics were inside at the time of my visit. The pictures are of very high quality, very sharp and big in size. And what I like the most about their picture section, is the fact that you can download entire sets in ZIP files. generally there are 2 types of pics in the members section. You can choose between "classic" style, where the model poses or plays with herself (or uses a dildo), or watch high quality screen caps (screen shots) of their videos. Both picture types are really hot and like I said, the quality of the pics is very very high.
The same goes for the videos, these guys obviously use top notch video equipment. There have been special "behind the scenes videos" mentioned in the tour, so I was really looking forward to see those :-) And I have to say I was not disappointed. Many videos are made in a special style, where the cameraman talks to the girl or girls and tells them what to do, you can clearly hear the commands and watch the girl obey, this was really some funny stuff.
It makes the videos sort of special, it's not the common porn action where you just watch the pornstars act according to the screenplay. Here you get to know the girls a little bit, they talk about themselves and they really seem to enjoy themselves. I like this idea a lot, it's somehow refreshing to see stuff like that. Oh, and the videos are available in both streaming (Quicktime plugin is needed) and downloadable (Quicktime and WMV) format. 71 movies totaling over 5000 MB have been ready for download at the day of my visit.
Final Verdict:
BabesTV is a very good site, especially if you are into famous models and pornstars. The picture and video quality is generally very high, you will not be disappointed. The one and only drawback I can think of is the relatively high price compared to the amount of content they have. However, if they keep up with daily updates like they are doing it now, the numbers will change pretty fast, so make sure you check out the site now to see the exact numbers (it's visible right on the main tour page). But if you are looking for quality rather than quantity, and don't mind to spend $29.95, Babes TV is a site you should definitely visit.
